Shareholder and Business Practice Vice Chair and Appellate Practice Chair

Zack chairs the firm’s Motions & Appeals practice group, representing the firm’s clients before the Utah Court of Appeals, Utah Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his appellate practice, Zack has argued in both of Utah’s appellate courts and has drafted briefs on numerous issues, including the economic loss doctrine, the admission and exclusion of expert witnesses, the continuous negligent treatment doctrine, medical malpractice statute of limitations, and civil procedure under state law.

Zack has also represented clients in several appellate mediations in both state and federal court. In addition to his appellate practice, Zack maintains a diverse litigation practice which includes representing clients in commercial, employment, construction, products liability, and general business matters.
