Samantha’s practice focuses primarily on insurance litigation, construction law, and complex commercial and business litigation. She is well versed in the defense of insurance companies and their insureds in the course of motor vehicle, homeowner’s, and property disputes. Samantha has also defended various construction professionals with respect to contract and negligence matters.
Samantha’s business management educational background coupled with her 10+ years of experience as a local retail business owner has laid the foundation for her legal career.
