Kendall J. Moriarty
Kendall Moriarty attended the University of Utah’s College of Law. During her law school career, she worked with the Pro Bono Initiative, volunteering for the Immigration Community Legal Clinic, Family Law Clinic, and Street Law Clinic. She also served as director of the Debtor’s Clinic. Kendall competed on the school’s Constitutional Law Moot Court team, where she and her partner finished fourth in the nation. Prior to attending law school, Kendall worked for immigration attorneys in Portland, Oregon where she assisted in deportation and asylum defense, adjustments of status, and U-visa applications.
Kendall works in a variety of practice areas at the firm, including health care litigation, business litigation, insurance defense litigation, and immigration.
She is fluent in Spanish.
