Claire Bradford Di Caro attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. During law school, she clerked for Justice Himonas of the Utah Supreme Court, served as the President of the American Constitution Society, the Vice President of Communications for the Moot Court Board, an Executive Editor for the Journal of Public Law, and as a teaching assistant to the Legal Research and Writing Department. She was a finalist in her 1L Moot Court Competition, a finalist and runner-up best brief in the Rex E. Lee Competition, the #1 Oralist in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Regional Competition, and one of the 6 Top Oralists in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy in its Final Competition.

Though born in the U.S., Claire spent her entire life up until her university studies living overseas, and in addition to her native tongue, English, speaks Italian, French, German, and some Norwegian and Swahili.
