Clint M. Hanni
Clint advises clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial finance matters, including loan agreements, security documents, guaranties, forbearance agreements, loan modifications and intercreditor agreements.
Clint counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchase transactions, venture capital finance, employment agreements, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. He serves as local Utah counsel in the delivery of third-party legal opinions. He also has experience in debt restructuring, loan workouts, debtor-in-possession finance, project finance and real estate finance. He is an expert on all aspects of the Uniform Commercial Code. He regularly works with clients on a flat fee basis and has a particular interest in the technology, outdoor retail and renewable energy industries. He is fluent in Japanese.
Prior to joining the firm, Clint practiced at Stoel Rives LLP in Salt Lake City (1998-2016); VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy in Salt Lake City (1997-1998); and O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles (1992-1997).
