Sponsoring Community Events
We were thrilled to have sponsored The Little Red Riding Hood Bike Ride in 2009 and 2010. This women-only bike ride was sponsored and organized by volunteer cyclists to promote women's health and raise money for women's cancer research.
Our firm's Women Lawyers' Group also sponsored the 2010 Salt Lake County "Girls on the Run" 5K Fun Run held at Sugarhouse Park on June 5, 2010. The mission of Girls on the Run is to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthful living. In 2009, we also sponsored and participated in the Walk Against Violence, which benefits the YWCA.
The Women Lawyers' Group at our firm is committed to our community. We are active participants contributing our time and wisdom to many organizations and events, including the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, the Park City Chamber of Commerce, the Legal Aid Society, the Family Law Clinic at the Matheson Courthouse, "And Justice for All" as well as other pro bono initiatives.
