RBMN congratulates former partner Elizabeth A. Hruby-Mills who was appointed to serve as a district judge of the Third Judicial District for Salt Lake County. Elizabeth has practiced at Richard Brandt Miller Nelson since 1993. Her practice specialized in family law issues. She received a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College in Vermont, a master's degree in counseling from the University of Vermont, and her juris doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Ms. Hruby-Mills has also served on numerous boards and committees, and as an emergency social worker.
