CAREER EXPERIENCE:
As lead counsel, Mr. Zaccheo has tried numerous cases involving products liability, aviation and automobile accidents, insurance coverage and other issues in both the state and federal courts of Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Arizona. He has lectured at continuing legal education seminars regarding all aspects of jury trial practice and strategy, along with insurance coverage matters, healthcare malpractice litigation issues and a wide variety of other personal injury matters. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Zaccheo now generally limits his practice to mediations and arbitrations, products liability, aviation and health-related matters. He is a private pilot, amateur musician and mountaineer.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE:
Over the last 25 years, by representing both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous personal injury cases in both the state and federal courts of Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Arizona, Mr. Zaccheo has gained a broad litigation perspective. He uses this experience, including having represented both plaintiffs and defendants before juries in significant personal injury/wrongful death trials, to quickly grasp both sides' advantages and disadvantages and to relate to the unique concerns of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has received training through the ABA's ADR section and has mediated and arbitrated numerous personal injury matters. Examples of his arbitration decision are available upon request.
