REPRESENTATIVE MEDIATIONS:

•· Successfully mediated multi-party (owner, prime contractor, subcontractors, design professionals, and insurance carriers) dispute involving alleged design defects, construction defects, and delay claims on computer chip manufacturing plant - app. $7.0 million in dispute

•· Successfully mediated multi-party (owner, prime contractor, subcontractors, design professionals, and insurance carriers) dispute involving alleged design defects, construction defects, concealed/changed conditions, and delay claims on wastewater treatment facility - app. $7.0 million in dispute

•· Successfully mediated owner-driller dispute arising out of oil-field drilling contract - app. $400,000 in dispute

•· Successfully mediated multiple owner-contractor and contractor-subcontractor disputes on multiple commercial and residential projects - typical amount in dispute $500,000 or less
