Steven H. Bergman

Steven Bergman is Of Counsel at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson where he is a member of the Litigation and Insurance Law practice groups. In recent years, Steven has focused his practice on antitrust litigation, complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, products liability litigation, class actions, contract disputes, and civil appeals. He has represented, among others: high tech companies in federal and state antitrust proceedings alleging monopolization and price fixing; insurance companies in coverage and bad faith litigation; a tire manufacturer/importer in several intellectual property matters and product liability actions; a multinational food and beverage company in an international arbitration concerning the divestiture of a foreign subsidiary; and several companies on civil appeals. In representing these and other clients, Steven has been involved in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, post-trial proceedings, civil appeals, mediation and arbitration proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, and administrative proceedings.
