Russell C. Fericks
Mr. Fericks' general civil practice includes problem solving and litigation in areas of real estate, construction, business, contracts and insurance. His broad practice allows him to analyze legal issues from many angles and to evaluate the costs and benefits of multiple options. Through an integration of knowledge and experience in a number of related legal areas, Mr. Fericks has elevated the role of generalist in an age of specialization to a high art. Mr. Fericks excels at working with clients who are looking for practical, cost-effective solutions; but he is a tenacious and resourceful litigator when only juries or judges can resolve the differences. Mr. Fericks has served in a number of managerial positions at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson, and from January 2000 through December 2004 he was the firm's Managing Attorney.
