P. Keith Nelson
Mr. Nelson obtained his bachelor's degree from Stanford University in 1965 and his law degree from the University of Utah in 1968 where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Utah Law Review. He is a founding partner in the law firm of Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Nelson has litigated a wide variety of tort and personal injury claims, typically for the defense. These have included medical malpractice defense, civil rights, product liability, trademark infringement, air crash disaster and traditional automobile accidents. He has served on various panels throughout the State on trial practice and mediation. Mr. Nelson is a certified mediator and has conducted a number of mediations involving personal injury, contract and miscellaneous business matters. He maintains and AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
