Michael P. Zaccheo
As lead counsel, Mr. Zaccheo has tried numerous cases involving products liability, aviation and automobile accidents, insurance coverage and other issues in both the state and federal courts of Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Arizona. He has lectured at continuing legal education seminars regarding all aspects of jury trial practice and strategy, insurance, personal injury, and medical malpractice litigation. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Zaccheo now generally limits his practice to products liability, aviation and health care related matters. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. He is a private pilot and amateur musician.
