Kallie A. Smith

Kallie A. Smith is an associate attorney at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson.  She has extensive experience across several areas of law, including work on commercial litigation matters, employment litigation matters, and commercial transactions.  Kallie has worked on all phases of litigation including preparing complaints, discovery, summary judgment motions and appellate briefs.  She also has supported cases through trial and particpated in several mediations and administrative hearings.

Kallie earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of Montana School of Law.  Kallie holds a degree in Finance from the University of Utah, and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana.
