George T. Naegle
Mr. Naegle has been a shareholder with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson since 1991 and currently specializes in the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. Prior to specializing in medical malpractice, Mr. Naegle spent 15 years as a trial attorney, specializing in personal injury, products liability, employment and construction defect cases. Over his career, Mr. Naegle has taken more than 40 cases to jury trial, several of them being high profile matters. In his current practice, Mr. Naegle represents Intermountain Health Care facilities and physicians, as well as physicians insured by Utah Medical Insurance Association. He maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
