David L. Barclay
Mr. Barclay practiced tax and business law in Los Angeles with the firm of MacKay, McGregor & Bennion, whose firm's clients included The Los Angeles Times, the Cecil B. DeMille Trust, and Southern California Edison. He served as general counsel for Prudential Federal Savings before joining the firm in 1981, where he has held various financial management positions and has continued his business practice, representing the Commissioner Of Financial Institutions of Utah, various local banking institutions, Westinghouse Credit Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and other business entities. Mr. Barclay is experienced in loan origination and documentation, commercial litigation and foreclosures, loan workouts, leasing, contracts, real estate transactions and litigation, and other business law. He is AV rated with Martindale-Hubbell.
