David H. Tolk

Mr. Tolk is a shareholder with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson and specializes in representation of employers and insurance carriers in the defense and resolution of workers' compensation claims.  Mr. Tolk has successfully litigated numerous complex workers' compensation industrial accident and occupational disease claims before the Utah Labor Commission and the Utah Court of Appeals.  Prior to focusing on workers' compensation litigation, Mr. Tolk's practice also included insurance defense litigation and entertainment law.  Also a composer and pianist, Mr. Tolk has released seven instrumental piano CDs, which have received national and international distribution.  His music has been licensed for use in film, television, and other multimedia applications.  Mr. Tolk's music has received significant radio play on National Public Radio programs.
