Brian C. Webber

Mr. Webber is a shareholder and practices in the firm's health care section. His practice focuses primarily on health care related litigation, including representation of doctors, hospitals, physicians' assistants, nurses, and other health care providers and facilities. Mr. Webber has successfully tried, as lead counsel, numerous cases before a jury in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability, and personal injury.  He also has extensive experience mediating and arbitrating cases. He has argued before the Utah Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Webber was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Russell W. Bench, Utah Court of Appeals 1998-99.  He has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
